Support Bo on The Breast Cancer Ride

Hey everyone, I recently accepted the challenge of participating (read: riding my bike) in the Breast Cancer Ride on June 21-22, 2008. This first annual, two-day fundraising bicycle event supports those living with breast cancer in Minnesota. All proceeds benefit Open Arms of Minnesota, a nonprofit organization that for over 20 years has prepared and delivered free, nutritious meals to those affected with many diseases, including people living with breast cancer, their caregivers and dependent children.

I am even forming a team in memory of my wife, Kari’s late mother, Jean (a.k.a. “Big Jean”) who was a breast cancer survivor before losing her battle with lung cancer. It will be called “Team Big Jean.”

I am asking you to help by supporting my fundraising efforts with a donation. Your tax-deductible gift will make a difference in the lives of many! It is faster and easier than ever to support this great cause – you can make your donation online by simply clicking on the link at the bottom of this message.

Or, if you prefer, you can also send your tax-deductible contribution (make sure to put my name on the check so they know who you are supporting!) to the following address:

Breast Cancer Ride
Attn: Donations
4120 Lexington Way, Suite 185
Eagan, MN 55123

Here is the donation form: Breast Cancer Ride donation form

Any amount, large or small, helps in the fight. I greatly appreciate your support and will keep you posted on my progress.

RiDE ON, LiVE ON!
